The restaurant with a capacity of 80 offers a perfect harmony of traditional values with an emphasis on current trends, along with a symphony of flavors from home cuisine. The stylish hotel restaurant is aptly named “Songe,” which in French translates to “Dream.” Treat yourself to this exceptional meal in an exceptional place. Since we place great emphasis on fresh ingredients, the à la carte menu changes depending on the season.

He who entered the restaurant did not miss the magnificent ribbed Prussian vaults, which can be found in all three rooms of the restaurant that will host eighty guests. On the walls hang Velázquez lithographs of dwarfs from Madrid’s Prada and other famous works of artistic treasures from the old continent. As if foreshadowing that the treasures on the walls will also continue on the plate. A friendly team will welcome you and offer à la carte seating in leather-bound style—this is the beginning of a gastronomic festival, assembled always seasonally and changing four times a year, symbolically according to the seasons.
